The one that got away from me….
I left the garden pretty much to its own devices other than the irrigation system that was left in place.
It has been a hot summer in UK and I came back to find my courgette plants had gone crazy!
As you can see the courgettes have turned into marrows and the biggest is enormous! (a lemon on top for size guide) I usually pick them as baby vegetables.
Don’t know if it will taste any good, but I am looking for marrow recipes on the internet now.
