All that glitters

To get me into the spirit of Christmas, I recently went to watch a demonstration of Christmas wreathes and table center piece arrangements

With what seemed to be a small supply of baubles, ribbons, flowers and some greenery.   

I watched as they managed to produce, really pretty displays in next to no time.  I have it in mind to try some of the ideas for myself.

  Facing a fear

  I have always had a great fear of needles – Whenever I have had to have blood taken or an injection I get myself so worked up I literally shake and cry its completely irrational and something I struggle to control.
