Self Care
· SPEND AN EVENING DOING NOTHING
Now it goes without saying some things HAVE to be done daily like work or taking care of children however once those tasks are done treat yourself. Take a long bath, read a book, make a festive drink.
· GIVE YOURSELF A HEALTHY BOOST
Drink plenty of water, try a small workout a day, take vitamins and meal prep as much as possible.
· SPEND TIME OUTSIDE
Go on a winter walk, wrap yourself up and enjoy your surroundings.
· PAMPER YOURSELF
You want to feel and look your best for all the activities and events. Put on a facemask, apply your tan, do your hair and makeup and treat yourself to that new outfit.
Enjoy!

Being a bombardier, he was upfront in the plane with his Norden bombsight being the bomb aimer to help liberate the world from the Axis powers. He was there on the “morning” of D-Day off the coast of France helping bombard the fortifications along the coast.
