El Pazole – A meal to remember
On Monday they enjoyed a lovely traditional meal with Manuel Vasquez called El Pazole this is a traditional Mexican soup that is full of different flavours, loved by many, and is consumed year-round.
Pozole is a pork-based soup, although there are other versions – such as Pozole Verde, that are made with shredded chicken.
They also had Marinated red onion and a dish of lemons, pepper and green chillies.
Chris had Horchata a rice milk drink with cinnamon and vanilla.
All of these are very traditional in Mexico and they all thoroughly enjoyed their meals.
Tuesday, they had a business lunch with members of SAP and RAM SA de CV to discuss creating an integration link between SAP and Synchro ERP – Very exciting and great to work with a brilliant team.
If you would like to try El Pazole there is a link to a recipe below – Let us know what you think..
Enjoy!
