BCAST’S 50th Anniversary - 7th April at Brunel University, London
As members of The Diecasting Society, SYNCHRO ERP was invited to attend the event – Shaping the Future. This event was to celebrate the work of Professor Fan and his team @ BCAST.
BCAST (Brunel Centre for Advanced Solidification Technology) is a specialist research institute that focuses on research in the solidification field.
Four new projects were rolled out; opening of the
1) Advanced Metals Casting Centre (AMCC)
2) Future LIME hub
3) Constellium University Technology Centre
4) Advanced Metals Processing Centre (AMPC)
BCAST’S long-time vision is to recycle, full metal circulation; developing new casting techniques and exploring new applications.
