A book at bedtime
Back at home, our eldest Indiana is now just over 5 years old. Of course, while this has brought skinned knees and elbows, bruises and stories of adventures in the (actually quite well equipped) playground at school, I’m pleased to say he’s also started to foster a joy of reading.

Roman Aqueduct
I saw a local English newspaper article recently on places to visit. It mentioned a Roman Aqueduct in Almunecar. The town – a very popular tourist resort – is on the coast 70/80km east of Malaga.

While on holiday in Spain this summer we were offered a few excursions through our hotel rep.

The one that got away from me….
I was away from home for a few weeks whilst on holiday.
I left the garden pretty much to its own devices other than the irrigation system that was left in place.
